I’m so happy you're here. Who am I? I am a food + mood conqueror and woman devoted to helping those who struggle with their mood understand the connection between how they’re feeling and what they’re eating. And trust me, they are connected!
I discovered the connection between food and mood through my own journey battling the ups and downs of everyday life. I saw what a huge difference making simple changes in my diet could have in how I was feeling. I have always had a love of food. My background in psychology has shown me the impact that our DNA, environment and society can have on us. However, that knowledge didn’t quite satisfy my curiosity for how we contribute to our own overall health and wellness. I graduated from training in a Natural Nutrition program where I was able to combine by previous knowledge with the new and discover the connection between the state of our body, mind, and spirit and what we’re eating.
